I come here at least once a week for the pizza or Italian entrees. They have a nice selection and the prices are fairly reasonable. If you haven't tried their buffalo chicken pizza it's a must. I usually order a large pie with garlic knots and bruschetta. The staff are always very friendly and the order is usually right when picking up to go.

    Hi,

I don't usually write negative reviews, especially for a place I like, however, in this instance I feel I must. I moved into the neighborhood from Brooklyn about 6 months ago and found this restaurant to be acceptable. The pizza is ok, for Queens. The entrees are far better!!

So this review is not about the food, but about the service. I usually order food from this establishment 3-4 times a week. I never eat in. On this particular occasion, I stopped by to just order a slice to go. After waiting for the customers ahead of me to place orders I then stepped up to place my order. The cashier told me that I had to place my order somewhere else, not with her. When asked where to place the order I was told to get behind the people who had entered the store after I had.  It is a shame that when I brought this situation to management's attention it didn't seem to faze them.

There are not a lot of options for pizza, etc in this neighborhood, so it really hurts me to say that I will never go back to this place, not because of food quality, but rather, as a failure in customer service.

I know it is a rather minor thing, but all I wanted was a slice this time. To be treated with such disregard is unacceptable.

    Regretfully,

    Don

One of the best Italian dishes money can buy. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious
It was my first time eating inside and it was one of the best food I ever had. Look for the guy with the bandana, he's the man!!!

Every time I'm in the neighborhood, I always make sure to stop by. Service is always fast, and the food is fresh. Although it can get a bit cramped from time to time, the buffalo pizza makes it worthwhile. If nothing else, grab a buffalo slice and you'll see for yourself.
